Order fulfillment – ​​when will it reach me?

We do everything to get your parcel into your hands as quickly as possible (or to a parcel locker – that counts too!).

We usually ship within 24 hours of:

  • the moment the order is accepted (if you pay on delivery),
  • or from the receipt of payment (if you pay in advance).

Then the courier comes in – a free and independent being, but statistically quite punctual: usually 1-2 days and it is there.

During promotions, the pace may slow down a bit (but only a little – we have plenty of coffee).
