What makes Tuulia products natural and organic?
Tuulia products are made from 100% natural and organic ingredients such as cold-pressed oils, hydrolates and plant extracts. We avoid parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances and harmful
chemicals so that our products care for the skin while respecting the environment.
Do Tuulia products contain probiotics or other active ingredients?
Some Tuulia serums and creams contain natural active ingredients, such as bakuchiol, carnosine or prickly pear extract, which support skin health. However, we do not use live probiotic cultures or ferments, taking care of the durability of our cosmetics, which can be stored at home.
Do you offer products with UV filter?
Currently, our products do not contain UV filters. We are constantly conducting research to create a cosmetic that will be safe and healthy and meet your expectations regarding blocking the sun's rays. There is a lot of misinformation and conflicting opinions of authorities on this topic, whether about the importance of vitamin D3 or the questionable healthiness of so-called blockers. Therefore, in order to be in line with our mission and 100% honest with our Clients, we cannot offer anything that meets our high standards, but we will not rest in our search. Orders and payments
How do I place an order?
Browse our products on Tuulia, add your selection to your cart and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with a summary.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept BLIK, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), online transfers (via Przelewy24), PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Through Klarna, we implement deferred payments and payments in installments. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 1 hour of placing by contacting our customer service team at iam@tuulia.com. After this time, the change may not be possible due to the start of fulfillment.
Can I return a product?
Yes. According to the law, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Returns only include products in intact condition.
Shipping and delivery
Where do you ship?
At the moment we only ship our cosmetics within Poland. We plan to start shipping to other European countries soon.
How much does shipping cost?

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within one business day. Delivery usually takes up to three business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, for orders over PLN 500 we offer free delivery to a parcel locker.
Packaging and ecology
Is Tuulia packaging eco-friendly?
Yes, our packaging is made of glass and is equipped with an airless system and replaceable cartridges (refill), which minimizes the use of plastic. You can read more about packaging here .
Do you offer a refill system?
The concept of replaceable refills is a response to the needs of modern care – ecological, economical and conscious. When you use up the cream, you do not have to buy a new package – you simply replace the recyclable refill, which perfectly fits your glass bottle.
This solution:
- reduces waste and consumption of raw materials,
- it allows you to save money – a refill costs less than a full package,
- fits perfectly into the philosophy of less waste and sustainable beauty .
You no longer have to choose between aesthetics and responsibility – Tuulia gives you both.
What are the caps made of?
Our caps are printed from plant-based PLA, which is biodegradable and environmentally friendly.
